BP Water
HELP! I’ve noticed that my BP barely drinks his water that I have in his water bowl. I use bottled water because the water conditioner at my local pet store is sold out. What should I do? Is it possible to get him to drink more? I was considering soaking him, and then ordering one of those water falls to see if maybe he’d drink water that’s flowing instead of stagnant.

I wouldn't fuss about it. If he is thirsty he will drink. The most important thing is making sure his humidity is correct.

Re: BP Water
Thank you! I usually spray his tank every couple of days if the humidity levels are down. When I bought him they told me that Reptichip was the best substrate to retain moisture so that’s what you I use

Unless you have a dehydrated BP (wrinkly skin, stuck shed...etc.) then there's no need to worry. Animals are vulnerable when taking a drink and BPs are shy and secretive so you will not see them drinking very often. Their bodies are also designed to function with less water than mammals so you won't see a super noticeable decrease in the water level in their water bowl day to day.

I wouldn't worry about it, I very rarely see my bp drink, either. As long as your snake isn't dehydrated and you're keeping humidity up, there shouldn't be anything to worry about. If you're worried about your snake staying hydrated, you could always warm up their food in water and feed it to them still wet.
Also, there's a very good chance you just don't see your snake drink because of when ball pythons are active. The few times I've seen my bp drinking coincided with the times I happened to be up at 3 a.m.!
