Humidity sweet spot
So I keep my new snake at 60-77% humidity. I read 50-65 is the sweet spot and I also hear it’s too low in the 50s. I do not spray my enclosure at all. It’s all dry substrate. Is it okay to keep the snake in my levels at all times?

I wouldn't keep my Ball above 70% all the time. I would shoot for 50-60%.
Damp moss in the hides can greatly help give the snake the humidity it needs.

Agreed, 70%+ is more for shedding, and even then I keep a humid hide 24-7 so mine just makes his way there when its shed time. Ambient my enclosure is somewhere between 50-60% but that's on opposite ends of the enclosure, giving him several "micro-climates" to move around in as needed. I'm not sure I would stress too much about what your levels are, just keep in mind that too much humidity constantly can be just as bad as too little.

Hygrometer placement. So I have 3 in the enclosure. One that sits on the ground next to his warm hide reads 52%. I have one literally not even a couple inches away from that sitting on the glass about 2 inches above the substrate and it reads 64%. So what is the proper way to read these

If each is accurate you just read them as you did. If they are not accurate I would compare them to one you know is and adjust the numbers in your head unless the unit can be calibrated.
I have two electronic ones in my snake room, one on each side. They are usually near agreement to each other so I don't worry about it. I don't put any in my cages except my GTP and ETB. They each have one of these.

Surprisingly they are pretty accurate. I compared them to my calibrated hygrometer I use in my cigar humidor and they were spot on. I have had them for years now.
