    New owner with feeding question?

I recently got my first ball python when I got him he was on live hoppers I could not get them so I was told to do small mice so I started him on frozen/thawed mice which he switched with no problem he has had a few feedings with the small mice but I dont think it is a big enough meal for him right now he is 135grams should i go to a bigger mouse or move him up to a pinkie rat or a fuzzy rat ? Thanks for any help.

Going by the weight of your animal, I think he should be eating a fuzzy rat or small mouse every 5-7 days. But weekly is fine. But, at that size, he's gonna grow quick. And the size of the feeder is gonna obviously change quick as well.
