Prolapse?
So this looks very minor, but I just noticed it today and I believe she pooped today, so I might be over reacting.. but is this anything I should do something about?

YES, it's a prolapse & YES, you should do something about it. They can get worse & often recur, so do your best to prevent that.
Quoting Deborah in thread https://ball-pythons.net/forums/show...light=prolapse" While waiting for the vet here is what you can do https://ball-pythons.net/forums/show...apsed-Hemipene!
Not letting the prolapse dry off is VERY IMPORTANT
Some prolapse will go away with the method above some won't or some will re-occur and may require surgery. "
You want to read the thread referred to- https://ball-pythons.net/forums/show...apsed-Hemipene! and if any more questions, just ask.

With any luck the sugar trick described in link should help it retract, but don't waste time...keep it moist also, or it's a goner.
