It does look like that lol, but that's way too small, it's just the shape of the turd, this girl is on medium rats.

I've "seen" a few shapes in the clouds but not in snake-poo? (giggles...)

Urates can be a couple funny colors from time to time depending on the vitamin and mineral conditions of the snake and it's food.
Green happens sometimes and isn't usually too big of a concern. Pale yellowish to white or grey is most common and typically what we call 'normal'
Bright orange is a little bit of a concern for kidneys or liver if it happens a couple times in a row. I had this scare a couple of months ago so yeah. Not fun! Thankfully it was a one time urate after the snake had been injured, dehydrated himself and off food, now that He's better, so is the color or the urate.
