    Re: Very Cold

Last night, we bought a space heater and an old heat lamp from a turtle into the situation and it worked perfectly. Problem is, we have to find a way to set the heat lamp so that it can be on with the lid (we had taken the lid off last night and clipped the heat lamp to the side while supervising) and the space heater belongs to someone who is ALWAYS cold and scared of snakes so she will be needing it back soon. I have read to move the probe and I will (currently not there) but either way, the snake was freezing when we were there so, either way, it probably wouldn't matter much.
Edit: Some people said that heat tape and under tank heaters only heat up the plastic and not the air so is there a way to provide belly heat that also warms the air or should I just have two heat sources?

Some folks do heat tape on the side and backs of the tubs as well but now you are running 3 sep sources and really need 3 thermostats.

Tubs really dont work in cold rooms
