Hey, well you prob. read my post about cupids "mouthrot" but if not, he had just eaten and his mouth looked un-aligned, so I figured he would align it, so then a few days later, there was brown stuff on the un-aligned part of the jaw, and I thought, OH NO! Its mouth rot! So I make a vet appointment. Well, today I go chek on him, and I look in there, and his jaw looks perfectly fine, its aligned, there is no brown stuff or anything! I am just now remembering, that the day I saw the brown stuff, was when I was holding him so I could clean the p00 out of his cage, so I'm starting to think that his jaw was really just un-aligned from eating, and the brown stuf was where he slithered through the poo, and now he aligned his jaw and he's fine. Does that sound like it's what happened? Or should I still take him to the vet? Thanks for everyones help, and until I get some answers from you guys I'll keep the husbandry like I had it (it was warmer, and I fed smaller, thats what I was told to do)for his mouth rot, and if it turns out ok, ill change it back.

If it was consistently unaligned for days straight or you were certain it was just something he got into his mouth, you should go to the vet. It doesn't sound like either however.

It was unaligned for like 4 days, but it isn't anymore. So your saying it doesn't sound like he slithered in the poo?

4 days? In that case, you should go to the vet.

Ok, I was told that sometimes they do not realize their jaw is unaligned, and after he ate the small mouse (a 4 days after I noticed the unaligned jaw) its been fine. So I should take him to the vet definately?

I would be quite concerned if a snake's jaw remained unaligned for 4 days straight. Also, he should not be getting anything into his mouth unless during feeding, and he should have no trouble working anything out of it within a matter of hours. Now it's somewhat difficult to say in black and white what you should do, not seeing the degree of the jaw misalignment first hand nor the certainty of what was actually inside the mouth.
Personally, I would only go to a vet when I was certain it was something major. My observations would contribute a large deal to that certainty though. If it were me, I would take a look inside the mouth and go from there. However, I'm not about to go about telling other people to pop their snakes' mouths open and prod around inside it. It's not particularly difficult to do, but there's always the risk of injury if something goes wrong, especially if something may already be wrong in that area.
Therefore, I'm going to suggest you take him to the vet. So, treat my vote in "Yes, that sounds correct. I wouldn't take him to the vet." to "It sounds possible, but I would take him to the vet to make sure". Of course, with all that said, you should base your final decision on what you have seen yourself from your snake, and how confident you are in whether or not you would be able to spot if anything was wrong yourself.

I think I'll take him to the vet anyway. After he sheds my mom is gonna look in his mouth (she knows how) and see if it looks normal, if it does, we won't take him to the vet. But if it doesn't we will. He should shed like tomorrow.

A q-tip is very helpful when looking inside the mouth. Just place it perpendicular to the snake's head and use the middle part to gently pry the mouth open. Snakes hate it, but they live.

Sounds like he ate some substrate or perhaps even feces. If it is gone now it either went down the hatch or he managed to get it up. I would take him to the vet and get him checked out. I would hate to chance impaction. Not a bad idea to get em checked once or twice a year anyway.
Good luck!
