Ball pythons cool side too cold

Hi, my ball pythons cool side is too cold(65 degrees Fahrenheit). The hot side is about 33degrees Fahrenheit. What can I do to increase the temperature of the cold side. Any suggestions?

Did you make a typo on your hot side temp? Because 33 Fahrenheit is barely above freezing. Did you mean Celsius or was the hot side supposed to be a different value?

Anyways, I think we need more details about your set up before we can help.

Need to raise ambient room temp, or supplement your heat. Will need to keep an eye on humidity

Could we get more specifics? What are you using for heating and is it regulated? What type and size enclosure do you have? What is your ambient room temperature?

I am using a heat mat, I plan to get a thermostat soon. I have a vivarium

Ok, so the heatmat will only provide you a hot spot and it will not do anything for your ambient temps which is why your cool side is too cold. You will need another heat source that offers more of a heat gradient/ambient such as a CHE.

Please get a thermostat asap as your snake could get burned.
