Scale rot usually happens on the belly, I've actually never seen scale rot anywhere else on a snake.
They're probably scars from rat bites, a few good sheds and the minor ones on his head will be gone. I don't know about the ones on his back.

My baby Seven has a few of those on her nose, but nowhere else. It's not anything to be worried about, is it?

Thank you! Yeah, that's what I thought, so I looked at his belly and it was fine So I'm assuming too, that it's just some rat bites.. Fingers crossed haha.
