    neglected bad sheds/wounds

Hey guys, new member here with a question. I "rescued" this 1 year old BP lady from a teenager who didn't take good care of her, you know how it is, kid wants a cool pet but when he finds out you need to take care of it, he gets rid of it She didn't have any shelter, was hiding under water bowl, too weak heat bulb for the tank, low humidity... She didn't even want to eat for the first 6 weeks I got her. Now she's eating nicely, regularly. Anyway, I'll get to the point. When I got her, she had these wounds/scabs from a neglected shed (I guess). Is there anything I have to do about it or will it fix itself within a few sheds? She now has good conditions, I check the humidity every day and the scabs are getting smaller. But should I use any ointments or anything? Thanks for any advice.

I apply Vetericyn on shallow wounds like that. Products like Triple or Neosporin use a petroleum-based ointment which can cause scales to slough off after several uses.
