Mojaves being quite a "regular" morph I'm sure the handful of shops they have been to would have picked this up having them face to face? Also when put next to a mojave they do differ.
If it makes any difference the Tops of there eye balls are metallic silver?

Many stores are not very knowledgeable to start with and yes mojave can differs from one another even within the same clutch.
Pattern and color says mojave to the very least. Is there more? Possibly and the only way to know for sure if there is a is by breeding it.
It's hard enough for breeders to tell what they produce at time so imagine having to identify an unknown without pictures of the entire clutch nor the Dam or Sire.

The mojaves I have seen have been a dark brown/gold colour where as these are black and also the dorsal colouring is different.
I understand shades and patterns can differ from one mojave to another but a mojave is still a mojave.
The shops I have been to are friends of mine and are quite knowledgeable and could spot a mojave at the least.
As for pictures of the clutch this is the clutch bar 1 "Normal".
I will post a picture of the female tomorrow to try and shed a little more light on them.
As for pictures of the sire if you read back you will notice I bought her gravid so I cannot provide pictures of them although the potential fathers are: Ivory, champagne & another Dinker.

I have to say they are mojave. If the buyer is unwilling to help you in what he paired to whom he may have just forgotten who paired who
this is my mojave female at 1.5 years and nearly 1000g (976g to be exact)
as you can see she has plenty of black not just brown and gold

Laziness is nothing more than the habit of resting before you get tired.
They look like mojave's to me. If the female was bought as a dinker, there could be something else going on with it, but the only way you're gonna find out is if you isolate the genes involved. Breed back to a normal and work out from there possibly.
