I just did two T12's today with 2/3 of a tube. Put the Radiant heat panels on 91 and it tacked completely within 6 hours. I'll put snakes in them Friday morning. I use silicone and sealants all the time so like Sauzo says its all in how you apply it. Push down nice and run your finger from one end to the other sealing the joint and keeping it thin & neat. Have fun
