    Bedding and cleaning

I have a few questions if anyone can offer up some advice.. Is The fine coconut husk bedding okay to use as a substrate? Or does it have to be larger? I was also considering cypress mulch.. My other question was about cleaning the enclosure.. I wanted to know what people use to clean out there enclosure.. Bleach/water? What ratio?

    Re: Bedding and cleaning

I'm using cypress mulch and I loved it at first how it was very wet and the humidity in my tank was really high. I had to mess around with it toss and turn it around and mix it.

    Re: Bedding and cleaning

Im totally new, but I just use :cens0r::cens0r::cens0r::cens0r: and span. I make sure it airs out for a while - usually I'll just keep Lilo out for playtime while it does. Then after I've put everything back, I put her back in the tank. I figure if it's safe to use on the kitchen counters near food, then I can trust it. Let me know if I'm wrong tho I'm a newbie keeper
