    Unhappy SoCal storm...

It's making my ball pythons breed so merrily. I paired them yesterday.

But actually though, I'm afraid these huge trees in my yard will fall on my house LOL. Is anyone around here prepping for a power outage for the snakes?

Huh, maybe I should put mine together. I was thinking of giving them the week off, but if storms help...

I'm more worried about flooding than power outages. My area is not prepared to deal with this much rainfall. The streets are flooding. There's a spot at the corner of the block I live on that gathers a lot of water. I felt like I was piloting a boat when I drove through it this evening.

Omg no really though, there are lots of trees falling around here that aren't used to rain and mushy earth. One of my friends had a tree fall clear through her apartment window, and she lives on the 2nd floor LOL. Nobody cares about maintaining tall trees here, because it never rains and winds like this. AND a tree already fell one street across from me, just didn't hit a house.

.. and my workplace lost power five times throughout the day :I

Seriously, there are some places legit flooding, especially in the valleys... Some of my friends were posting videos, it's like driving through a lake in some places.
