new owner, shedding question
Hello, so I got my first baby ball python a few days ago (sunday) when i got him i noticed he was in the shedding cycle since his eyes were blueish and cloudy. I raised the humidity to 60% and around tuesday he cleared up and looked normal (which i know is part of the cycle) I'm a little worried since he still hasnt shed and spends most of the time curled up between the warm hide and the corner of the tank. Am I overreacting or is that normal?

I wouldn't worry mine did that for a while when I got her but on the cold side. I still suggest making sure you have the appropriate temperatures and bump up the humidity to 70% or higher while shedding is in process.

As above really , I spray morning and night religiously when their eyes have cleared up and they will shed the skin in the coming days occasionally more than a week !

Pretty normal. Mine will go into deep blue and look very frosty over her body, then her eyes and body will clear up... then in about 3-7 days, I'll find a nice shed and usually a big pile of poop in one of her hides. LOL.

Our BRB clears up right before he sheds and our new BP was looking like it was going to shed then went back to "normal" and just like our BRD, the next morning we found the shed in the tank.
