Get ready for her to go at any second now. What you're describing is jokingly referred to as "sausage butt" and is a good sign of an upcoming BM. No need to do anything on your end other than make sure the loaded end is facing away from you if you're handling her.

Yep. Sounds like she is about ready to crank out a fatty.

Don't know if she's already pooped for you, but this might help in future.
Last week I took my BP to the store from whence he was reportedly purchased about a year ago. After the snake specialist there examined him, she recommended I give him a warm bath to help him move his bowels. I did so, and he loved it, and it didn't take him long to poop after that.

I was recently worried about the same thing with my girl. Started reading up on snake soaking and went out and bought an aquarium thermometer, got home and prepared a nice soak for her at the perfect temp... and found a massive pile in her enclosure when I went to get her. She just wanted to be sure I stressed way too much before she went!
All this to say: I'm not an experienced snake keeper. However, I was worried about my snake not pooping for a couple feedings, but she went when she was ready and she was fine!
