    Unhappy

That's sweet! Is it a pure mainland or does it have any dwarf in it? I'm actually thinking of breeding my female albino dwarf retic when she gets older, she is 50% mainland and 50% Jampea. Here's a photo of her when she was about five pounds, she is probably several pounds heavier now and growing super fast. This photo is a couple months old, I'd go down and take a new photo but I just fed her a big rat about an hour ago LOL. If you happen to be in Colorado and you have an albino male with some dwarf or super dwarf in it I'd be interested in pairing up our snakes!

It's a male July 2015 hatch. Super docile easy to handle not cage defensive not a striker.

I used to live in Syracuse back in 2000...I didn't know that retics were illegal in NY.

They are illegal in NY, Texas and Florida. Florida is ok if you are a breeder and can prove it yada yada. Also even some states where they are legal, certain counties are still illegal. For instance, in my county, anything is ok except venomous, crocodilea or crocodile monitors but in Seattle city limits, anything over 6 or 8', I don't remember, is illegal. And in Everett city limits, retics are illegal to sell or own.

Texas is ok to own IF they origate in TX. Just no crossing state lines in or out. There may be exceptions about medical care, etc. I'm not THAT up on it.
The one thing I found that you can count on about Balls is that they are consistent about their inconsistentcy.

Last I checked you can still ship out of Texas and cross state lines with them if you are a registered USARK member prior to April 8th 2015, when the injunction to the Lacey act was put into effect. Yeah, state and county and city laws are all widely varied and variously ridiculous.

Oh yeah, I forgot about the USARK loophole. Thanks for adding that!

Yeah I meant you cant ship to those areas. The injunction allows cross state line shipping to places other than those I listed.
