My humidity is currently at 57% and temp is at 82F. Her enclosure is very small so there isn't much variation there, I just have one thermometer in the middle rather than one at each end. It is an exo terra small glass terrarium with a modified top (I hate screen tops). I can't put her in the multi-unit display yet because that is where my other snakes are and I do not want her in the same room as them right now. She had mites when she came in. She seems content where she is as long as I don't harass her too much. She mostly just hides. Today is day 6 since feeding so I suppose I COULD feed her today... I do intend to switch her to F/T just because that is what my other two eat and it is so much easier to buy a bunch at once and keep them in the freezer. Last time I fed her though she wouldn't take the F/T so I gave her the live just for the sake of getting some food into her. The frozen rats I have now are way too big for her, I have some frozen mice but she didn't like them last time, but I have 3 live mice left which I purchased just incase she wouldn't take the F/T, and I am glad I did because last time she didn't want it, although granted, she was only here overnight before I offered it, she was not settled in at all. She might take it this time around as she seems much more comfortable than she did before.

We have a ball we just rescued that was left in someone's garage when they moved for an unknown period of time. He has always displayed a hell of a feeding response any time offered food. We have him on once ever 4-5 days right now with plans to move him back to 7 days once his spine is not so vividly visible. He's a really sweet butter spider so we have to monitor every feeding because of his spin.

I feel like 82 is a bit on the low side...we normally keep ours with a hotspot of at least 93F, normally 95F...really need to get some kind of hotspot if at all possible.

Re: How often CAN I feed? (Underweight youngster)

82 is the ambient temp in the tank. The hottest point is currently at 93.
