Re: White Morphs
White diamonds are usually the cleanest bels but also can get some light yellow dorsal stripes or a pattern under a black light

My black Eyed Lucy is an all white snake and looks pretty clean until she is ready to shed then she turns a little pink . I don't know anything about how the yellow pigment holds as the snake ages but I would be curious to know as well. who is working on an all yellow Snake? the quest for the grail continues !
Awesome pictures, the timing is great and the background made me laugh.

In my experience I'd say far from cleanest while I've seen pictures online, between local show and tinley i've never seen a pure white Super russo, all had a yellow dorsal.
As for the BlkEL, the pink isn't a pigment, it blood showing through the white that is close to the skin. They have a lack of pigment so less is blocking it. When my blue eye baby hatched it was more pink than I could call white. Didn't take long for him to whiten up though.
The yellow from BlkEL stays, my super fire never lost or got more yellow as he grew up. If you are looking for pure white, I've never seen a super lemonback with color. If you like the yellow, super sulfurs tend to have tons of yellow and sometimes even oranges.

I've never noticed the yellow dorsal on my male super Russo. "White Diamond" in my opinion is the cleanest & whitest of the all white snakes. I have to now go and double check & I'll try to post a picture of him. Not much in terms of genetics though but he's always been a good snake. i got him from the guy himself, Vin Russo, after doing a bit of research on an all white bel. The others bel's seemed to always have a grayish head, some more than others & then there was the genetic defect possibilities that I wasn't looking to get into. & she didn't want a black eyed bc I'm really loving the super fires, just have to wait and find that "1" I'm looking for.....

SuperFire possible Pastel, possible SuperPastel, possible YB. He has a small spot of yellow on the back of his head, maybe ten scales total. His sister is pristine white
