    Sterling or Butter Pewter??

I'm looking at a new snake. Ive narrowed it down to 2. They're both beautiful and I'm stuck. One is a stunning Sterling and the other is a Butter Pewter. They're both beautiful and absolutely stunning animals. Opinions on both? Which would you choose?

Ooo that's a hard one but I'd go with a sterling personally as I love cinnamons or black pastels and their combos and I have a butter pewter so that's why I'd choose the sterling but if you could post some pics that would be great

They're both female, from the same clutch and there's only $50 difference in price so, there's literally nothing but looks separating them. It's making it really hard!

This one is my husbands first choice.

I just can't decide at all!

Advantage of the Sterling you will not produce any normal regardless of what you pair to her

Advantage of the Pewter Lesser you have 3 different genes allowing you to work toward higher end combos and IMO Pewter Lesser age better as well as far as look.

We currently have a pastel mojave or pewter male. We're not sure and we've been told both mojave and pewter. My husband prefers the Sterling because he would love to see what she could produce. I'm on the fence for the same reason. I love the Sterling but the possibilities of the butter pewter excite me!

The sterling will most likely brown out considerably as he ages and won't look so "silver" anymore as an adult. So you'll have to keep that in mind. And whether you're just going for looks or for breeding makes a difference.

For a pet, I'd def pick the pewter lesser, very pretty. For breeding, yeah I'd pick the sterling, but just as a pretty pet, no.
