Either or to be be honest, but the market for pieds is probably better.

Which do you like better? Eventually the economics of this hobby reduce the prices to the point of negligible. Both will probably run neck and neck price wise since they are both recessives. I know you hope you can at least sell enough to cover your costs, but what if you can't? Don't worry about the money and produce that which excites you the most. That will be way more rewarding than $$$.

FWIW, these comments are coming from a guy who is getting out of the hobby (or at least all but doing so to re-prioritize life).

I would say flip a coin to get your answer. As recessives, they will both certainly stand the test of time better than most incomplete dominant morphs. Having said that, the low-end Pied market (single gene stuff) is probably better long-term, as they are so unique that they appeal more to the masses.
