    Starting research into breeding

I've decided to start researching breeding snakes. We just got our first bp so, I'm looking a few years in the future. We currently breed dogs but, due to a new baby on the way, we have decided to put our breeding program on hold for a few years. I've fallen completely in love with snakes and want to look into breeding. I'd be switching up dog breeding for snake breeding so I'd like to get as much information as possibe before making the final decision. Especially since I'm already experienced in breeding dogs whereas I'd be brand new to snake breeding. Anything anyone can tell me would be great!
    Pros/cons
    Equipment
    How much work it is
How to choose a breeding pair
    The mating process itself
    Literally anything! Thanks everyone!

I'm trying to gather information to make an informed decision so, if you don't have anything helpful to add, please don't. Thanks!

Professional breeders are a great source of information. These pages really helped me.
