What can I do about this?

This is how my local exotics pet store is keeping their ball pythons. I purchased my first ball python from them before I knew any better and used to buy rats there every week, but they will no longer be getting any business from me. Their rats all have respiratory infections and MITES, and one time one died before I even got it home. Is there anything I can do about this awful treatment of their animals? I live in Texas. I'm wondering if there's anybody I can report them to and potentially have their animals confiscated.

I live near Houston and I know the HSPCA has done investigations into pet stores before. You need to document the neglect. Take pictures of the mite infested mice and any other mistreated animals. Dry water bowls, unsecured or unsuitable caging, anything. Then I would call your local ASPCA. They may end up telling you to take your complaint to the sheriffs department directly, before they can get involved. But either way you should be able to do something

HSPCA somewhat recently raided a feed store/ pet shop in Galveston county and seized over 200 animals on charges of criminal neglect, so it is possible

I would report the condition of the rats.
If animal control seizes the snakes they won't be put in any better conditions, and may end up worse if they can't provide the appropriate heat and humidity.
