    Flex watt/ herp stat

So herpstat 1 can handle up to 700 watts of flex watt. Does anyone know how find out how much watt the flex watt uses per inch or foot whatever it goes by? Thanks TJ

Not sure what size you have, but this site should answer your question:

Also do you know what kind of wire you have to use for flex watt? Does the volts matter? Don't know if you can help with that but if so great. Thanks TJ

Generally whoever you order flexwatt from offers plug and clip kits. Some offer to actually attach it for you like Reptile Basics. Also you need to know what wattage flexwatt you are using as they come in different wattages. Bottom line is I would check with whoever you purchased it from to make sure you safely wire it up to avoid any kind of fire hazard.
