This video is of a lecture by Dr. Michael Grace from Florida Tech University. He studies the infrared vision of boids and vipers. Part of involved training Burmese Pythons to push a button for food rewards. I bet that we have much more to discover about the sensory perception of critters.

Thanks for posting that, it was really amazing. For anyone who doesn't have time to watch it for an hour, you can pretty much get what you need to by just listening.

More evidence that snakes are not as dumb as we think they are, and there's more going on in those little brains than you might think.
