Bedding help

Hey guys! Not a huge deal but how deep should I make my bedding? Also does anyone have any tips on finding aspen bedding for cheap? Just wondering since I'm not the most experienced in the reptile industry. Thank you!!

When searching for it its called substrate rather than bedding. As for thickness it's totally up to you. If you have an under tank heater don't make it to think (half inch or so should be fine) or the heat won't travel through and the snake will burrow down and burn himself because the UTH will have to be on hotter than is recommended. If you don't have an UTH (Under Tank Heater) then any thickness you want
