Herpstat 1 from spyder robotics, it does cost $140 though but worth it for all the features including a safety relay. Reptile basics VE-200 is also one that cost $115. I own Herpstats and VE thermostats, they both work great but the Herpstat has tons of features and the VE doesn't.
