Looks like a really busy/funky lesser. Most have clean patterns.
Personally I would hold it back and dink with it to see if there's another gene in play.

It almost looks like a cinny lesser? I'm still an utter newbie with morphs, but it does remind me of that.

Has the hatchling shed out yet? Once they shed a couple of times you may be able to see a change.
