    Should a champagne 100% het pied look like a visual pied?

    I bred a champagne male to a pied female and should of got champagne het pieds but all of the champagnes i got look pied.

    Champagne het Pieds are known to have a tendency to have very strong ringers.

    Let's see if Dave Green weighs in here, as he had more than a little experience with this exact topic.

    From what I've seen with Corey Wood's experiment, Champagne het pieds will look like a traditional pied and an actual Champagne pied with come out completely white.

    Personally I believe this experiment shows how reactive of a gene Champagne is and how strong the piebald gene is even within the het form.

    Yes, champagne het pieds look like pieds and the champagne pied is a white snake. Here are a couple champagne het pieds...

    This is my original, when I purchased her I didn't know she was het pied and she also turned out to be het albino.


    Here is a fire champagne het pied.


    Both of these females are currently gravid

    That settles it im buying a champagne god help me way too many snakes already and now i need more
