Are 32qt sterilite tubs big enough to keep adult ball pythons in and breed them in?
I am getting rid of most of my vision cages and getting racks so i can have more room in my snake room will a 32qt be big enough for adults to live in and breed in? And the 15qt is plenty big for hatchlings right?

You are going to get a wide variety of answers on here. IMO I would say yes, 32 qt is big enough for most adult BPs. I personally have my rack with 41 qt tubs, but I have some boas in there, so I went bigger.
Some individuals on here wouldnt put their BP in anything smaller than a 4x2 enclosure, others im sure use 32 qts.

My smaller adult males are in 32 qt tubs and do just fine. I keep females and a couple of large (2000g+) males in 41-qt tubs.

So I still have my adult size female in 32 quartz rack. They are approaching 1600gram and seems to thrive in the 32 Quartz. Eats weekly not hesitation, sheds perfectly. BUT the rack itself isn't holding out as well. If you use PVC rack like me be aware of the major sagging problem that can occur. With two 1600gram female on the top drawer the bottom drawers would have slight problem opening and closing. I been just using it like that honestly, thinking of upgrading them to bigger 41 Quartz rack but I'm unsure if the same sagging problem would still occur as PVC is flexible by nature.
Than again if you are using wood or buying those nice metal ARS system etc it would be a problem at all
