Hasn't been much in the news here (US), but is a BIG deal on one of the other forums I frequent.

From what I understand, Canada will also be taking a significant economic hit from the loss of that production.
Alberta's economy has already been taking a beating lately, and this just tops it off. We're several hours away from the fire, but have many friends and family losing everything.
No cage is too large - nature is the best template - a snoot can't be booped too much
