    Why's my snake doing this?

I have had my ball python for a little over a year and I've never seen him do this before. I got him a new tank two days ago, which is a few gallons larger. He's been like this ever since I got it. I don't think he's trying to cool off on the glass or anything because he's on the warm side of the tank.

All mine do this for a while when they get new vivs . They just explore and try to find an exit hole - I always presumed ..

Yeah , kinda ironic when half the snake keepers regard them as 'lazy'.
