Breeding projects
Hello everyone,
I've been wanting to get into breeding for a while now, but I am at a crossroads at what to breed. I've got a Western hognose, a hypo boa, a blood python, a carpet python, and a half dwarf Burm 100% het albino. They all would be cool projects to produce some babies and my mind has been racing with ideas. T+ albino bloods or getting a motley and producing hypo motleys. Or even trying to find an albino burm to produce some "dwarf-ish" albinos. I'm not in it for the money, just wanting to try my hand at producing some babies to get the experience and see what it's like. Which ones would be the easiest to breed? What tips could you give me if you have experience with bredleding any of these animals? Also, what would be the easiest to sell if I were to decide to go that route? Any feedback is helpful.

If you want to breed burns you will be limited to selling them within your state which is to take in consideration since they produce fairly large clutches which you could stay stuck with.
Hognose and Carpet Pythons are easy to breed.
The best is to ask yourself the right question, how you ready to breed, to you have the proper equipment (incubator, hatchling racks etc).
Do you have a steady source of live feeders to get your hatchling started.?
What is your plan when it come to sell those animals, do you have a venue in mind is there a market for your future offsprings, what will you do if they take time to sell or do not sell?
Etc
Once you can answer those questions you will know if you want or are ready to move forward with your project, after that it's all about research and the info is out there.
