    Re: Tub setups ?

do you mean a rack or just how i set up tubs? You can take a look at my build at the last pages and sort of see my tubs setup. I only have a water bowl, kraft paper, and moss in the tubs now. Before i had a rack I added a plastic bowl that I cut a hole into with a soldering iron. These are 15qt tubs. I have started babies as small as 55g in these and i currently have a couple at 400g in them with plenty of room.

Here is a link to the page:

Basic but all my babies eat ferociously and are growing well and it didn't cost me a ton of money. I think everything without counting the thermostat cost me $25. And that includes a roll of craft paper (625ft $14).

I keep it to the basics, but still enough room and a bit of deco.

Same basics for my dumeril's boa...

and some an examples of my tubs:

something extravagant - a 32quart tub with 2 hides, decor and clutter.

and a basic tub with just a hide, waterbowl and substrate (this one has a hatchling in a 6quart tub):

don't forget to check out this tutorial (with pix) on how to set-up a basic tub for more ideas: http://ball-pythons.net/forums/showt...e-Basics-*DUW*

This is my tub setup... almost as simple as you can get. I could do away with the hides, but she had them in her last home, so I kept them in here. Paper towel substrate, water bowl, warm/cool hide and an Accurite to measure humidity. I also have a Herpstat probe under her hot side as well as another accurate probe inside her tank under the hot side hide.

The fake foliage can be found at any big hobby store and most dollar stores.

if u were referring to me, those are silk plants from Exo-Terra. u can get them at many pet stores or Amazon. they range in price from $5-$15 depending on size. they have suction cups on them so u can attach them to glass and other hard surfaces.
