    Curious What I Could Get

Hello! I have a normal. She's 11 months old so nowhere near able to breed but I'm curious as to how I could find out what I could breed her to and what designs it could get me. I don't have something I specifically want but I'm just curious about the possibilities.

Because she is a normal, she will not contribute anything but 'normal' genes to her offspring. You can only get whatever mutant genes the male provides to the offspring.

So, for example, if you bred her to a pastel, you'd be able to get normals and pastels.
If you bred her to a lesser coral glow, you'd be able to get normals, lesser, coral glows, and more lesser coral glows.
If you bred her to a male that was a super, you'd get no normals from your female. As an example, if you bred her to a super pastel, ALL the offspring would be single-gene pastels. You'd get no super pastels.

You can breed her to any morph.... What you get out of the pair will be normals plus whatever genes the snake you choose to pair her with carrys.

Oh my goodness, thank you so much. =^-^= If I do ever breed, it definitely won't be for a few years and when I have life better situated.

Unfortunately, this wizard doesn't let you select normal...

No, unfortunately you didn't read the directions.

If you have a normal male or female you do not make a selection for that sex and the calculator is set to normal by default by doing so.

I don't see that anywhere but I'm also on mobile so that might be why.

That may be. Here is what it says.

"Welcome to the WOB Genetics Wizard.

Here you can select any gene for a male and "breed" it to a female to see what the outcome will be. In order to select multiple genes for a given snake, simply hold the "ctrl" key while adding more genes. In order to breed a snake to a normal Ball Python, leave one side of the wizard blank and that snake will be treated as normal.

Check back here regularly as we are constantly working to improve the wizard."
