Eye scale problems, Please Help!
Hey everyone,
Recently I noticed that my bp's eye scales look a little 'filmy.' My only thought is that she didn't properly shed the eye scale but i know she did because i check every time. The problem is when I look at her her eyes don't seem clear. By this i mean it looks like i went from HD to standard. When i look close there seems to be a film covering her eye. but its not a consistent film. One spot does seem HD whereas the rest seems like a TV screen that's dusty. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm really worried and thinking that maybe this could be why she hasn't been eating (although that i think is due to the winter).

Have you put your bp in to soak a lil? I mean to me it looks like a bit of stuck shed even though you're checking the sheds for the eye part. I could be wrong. :/

I put her in some warm water and dampened a paper towel that i let her slither through face first in order to rub her eyes (i obviously didn't squeeze them or anything). That certainly helped with the 'dustiness' but looking closely it still seems like something is there I'm not sure if she needs a vet.

My bumblebee had a stuck eye and i looked all over the internet to try figure a way to get it off without damage or waiting til next shed. I got her out and took a bunch of qtips got them soaking wet and let her pass by em making sure they touched her eye. I didn't push or rub by any means. But it got it nice and wet to where I got her out the next day and it was gone. Im assuming she rubbed it just right and it popped off. Maybe give that a try?
