Playing around to take some photos

    The Grumpy
She' a tagging machine. Always spring loaded.

    The Nice
Gentle girl. Long months don't want to eat nothing, and now she's a mouser, but develops good.

    The Shy couple
That girl was always like "Leave me the dead rat in the front of my hide.." type, but since she's building, at the feeding time she became a really aggressive "jack in the box" snake. About that little boy, he's not the best example of a good breeder male, but he's young. From the end of October just one witnessed lock, but he try everything. Most of the times in every angle.. He must, cause I don't have a backup male for that girl.

    The Fat one
This short '12 girl took so much weight in one year. She was 800g when I've got her in the past December. I don't feed her more than my other females, so I think she's just "that type".

    That calibee is amazing!

I might be off the news here, not around all the time. But, are desert females breedable? They just look perfect!

    Thank you

No, Desert females are not breedable. My last information in that case that Desert or Desert combo females never laid viable clutches, but many times the complications ended with the death of the females. I'm highly contrary to breed Desert males also. Just few weeks ago someone sent me a photo about a Tiger spider female, who locked with a banana male. He asked me if that particular snake worth to buying. He didn't know about the complications of the Desert females, and the seller neither. The breeder from whom the seller bought the animal, told to him that the past season that female laid a perfect clutch of 7 eggs, and they hatched. No evidence, no photos.. Time will tell, but I highly doubt that female will give anything viable.

In my collection I have Desert Ghosts and het. Desert Ghosts. It's a recessiv mutation and they don't have any known genetic problems. The Desert ball is an incomplete (suspected) dominant mutation which different from the Desert Ghosts.

Right Spider+Pastel+Calico. If I remember good, first they made at 2009.

Thank you! I'll try to keep up with some photos time by time.
