Starting over with the terrarium and need help

Ok, we originally bought a zoo med tank with a screen top from the pet store and it hasn't been great for humidity until I bought plexiglass to cover the top screened sections. But it's starting to look like a mess and I have to constantly mess with it to keep humidity and temps in check. So, I'm starting over. This is for my Brazilian rainbow boa.

Here is what I'm going for unless y'all think I need to change something.

Animal Plastics 48x24x12 pvc black terrarium with sliding doors.

A RHP (80w?) between the middle and far right side screwed to the top.
I already have a thermostat that I can use for this, but I'm unsure if I need a UTH in addition to the RHP. I have a UTH currently, but PVC doesn't seem like a good application for this. Am I wrong?

I have plenty of hides and digital as well as analog temp and humidity gauges.

I have are a Reptifogger but don't know if I'll need it with this setup. Thoughts?

I have lamps but plan to never use them on this home. I Want to get rid of them and get a color changing led strip inside the enclosure.

I have proper substrate and hides and water tank and all that. Is this a setup I can leave to automatically take care of temps and humidity?

Thanks so much for the help. Snake is doing great and a few days from shedding as she's been dull for a couple days now.

I have these enclosures and keep BRB's in them. You won't need the fogger, especially if you use cypress mulch as your substrate.

It's been amazingly easier to own the BRB in this setup. The temp and humidity control is so easy. I definitely recommend it. All I have is the rhp for heat and a thermostat to keep it regulated. I've gotten a great shed and a happier snake. I wound up putting a 40w rhp instead of 80w and I'm glad I did.
