Vet for sure!
After reading the current thread about Nova's surgery from a lump, it was a good thing Bcr229 took her in!
The one thing I found that you can count on about Balls is that they are consistent about their inconsistentcy.
1.2 Coastal Carpet Pythons
Mack The Knife, 2013
Lizzy, 2010
Etta, 2013
1.1 Jungle Carpet Pythons
Esmarelda , 2014
Sundance, 2012
2.0 Common BI Boas, Punch, 2005; Butch, age?
0.1 Normal Ball Python, Elvira, 2001
0.1 Olive (Aussie) Python, Olivia, 2017
Please excuse the spelling in my posts. Auto-Correct is my worst enema.

Re: New boa 3 lumps!
Can only speculate on this. Herp vet and testing. Could be a number of things. Needs X-rays .Sorry to see this and I hope it gets resolved.
Stay in peace and not pieces.

Nova's swelling was actually symmetric - she looked like she'd swallowed a softball.
I agree that the OP's snake needs to see a vet.

Kind of off topic but I'm curious as to what was wrong with that stuff sausage boa of bcr's wife? Did it end being just fat? Or was their actually an issue?
And to the OP, you definitely need to get that boa into the vet asap. That doesn't look good to me.

Too much food, too little exercise. When I first picked her up I thought she was squirrelly from lack of handling, turns out it was from lack of strength in her back end to hold herself. She is slowly squaring up and getting stronger in the back end, but it's not a fast process.
Right now she's eating, defecating (not much because I'm feeding her lightly), and shedding normally. She is being housed in a Boamaster arboreal 36"x24"x24" to encourage her to move around and climb on her own, plus she gets handled for 15 minutes a day except for 3 days after feeding.

Ah nice. Yeah she did look like a stuffed sausage lol. My big girl was starting to get the "boa hips" so I've cut her down on feeding to every 3 weeks or so and I try and make her climb around too. Good to hear your little worm is squaring up. Kind of crazy how a little baby could get that fat that fast. The previous guy must have been packing her with fuzzy rats or other fatty foods.
