Should I be concerned? Spots on mouth.

I noticed a spot on the front of Brisket's mouth this afternoon so I took some pics to get a closer look. I am most concerned with the spot on the front of his mouth, but I also noticed that on the left side of his moth, there appears to be some discoloration near the line of darker scales.

What do you think? Mouth rub, or the beginning of an infection? I have only had him since Saturday and I noticed it today when I was arranging his cage after he moved everything around last night.

    Thanks in advance!

I have no experience in identifying anything such as mouth rot, but I can tell you that it will be of great assistance to someone else if you were to leave your husbandry in the thread.

I know that the first pic looks similar to one of my girls. She got a bite on that part of her mouth. It wasn't mouth rot or anything of the sort. She still has a scar from the rat biting her though. I don't think it's mouth rot. But I don't have experience with it anyways

He was in a tub at the breeders, but now in a PVC enclosure (T-8). We think it is either chin rub it a bite from a mouse he got while feeding.

I bet it is one of the 2. I swabbed my girl with A&D once a day when she shed it was gone. Came back when I put her back though x.x
