    just a normal?

this is my brother in laws big boy. he was sold to him as a normal, but his markings and coloration leads me to believe there is something more than a normal in it. it was a rescue, so there is 0 previous knowledge about him. he has very irregular patterns, a few 3 eyed "aliens", and he seems to be very low in the reds and yellows that normals usually have. anyone have any ideas for what he could be? we plan on breeding him with one of mine this year to know for sure, just hoping to have a better idea of what to expect. he just shed about a week ago, so there is no darkening caused by that. http://ball-pythons.net/gallery/show...mageuser=60928

Not a morph expert, but you will find morph experts on this forum [And should trust their word against mine]. But to me that generally does look like just a normal.

Looks totally normal to me. There's a lot of variety in pattern and shade no matter what.

Agreed . It's possibly the most normal ' normal ' I've ever seen

Normals can come in a very wide range of patterns and colors (within that blackish brownish color range) to begin with. If it's sold as a normal, it's a normal. Even if there's something distinctly different visibly in the normal, it's a normal until you can prove it out genetically with breeding.
