    It's really hard to judge from the pictures to be honest.

    But that white bit looks like the flexible bit of skin joining the spectacle to the rest of the skin - sometimes it can get pulled out during the shedding process. Since it doesn't look torn or ragged I would say it is unlikely to be a stuck eyecap.

    If that's the case, would it go back next shed? It looks like a very thin, shiny white ring around the eye. It doesn't look any larger than the other eye or anything if that helps.
