bp slowing down
I'm pretty sure my girl just started 2 wks ago. I will offer again in 2 wks just to make sure. If she refuses again I will offer again the following month.
She goes on strike every yr from Sept/Oct till Feb/Mar.

The one thing I found that you can count on about Balls is that they are consistent about their inconsistentcy.

Re: bp slowing down
My 2-yr. old male is also playing games, just like last Fall/Winter. He's been eating like a champion since early April, but late last month, he let a thawed small rat sit in the tank for 6 hours before making it disappear. He shed not too long after, and was good to go for the next few weeks/feedings...but last night, after hitting the feeder with a vicious strike, he just let it sit in front of his hide all night long. I removed it, and will let him think things over the next few weeks

Yep. It's normal for this time of year, which is why I offer the adults a feeder on a 10-14 day schedule instead of weekly.
The 2015's are still pounding food though.

Re: bp slowing down
Reading this has opened an insight for me I have a Ball that would not eat for 2 months last year and this year in the same time frame. Sounds like yours does the same thing they like us to worry about them lol

My girl has been fasting the past 2 months yet she left me a huge turd a couple days ago which was surprising. I wouldn't worry. I just offer my gal a rat every 3-4 weeks as that's when my boas eat and if the BP doesn't want it, my sunglow gal gladly snaps it up as its way to small for my big BCI girl.

Re: bp slowing down
Out of my bigger snakes all have stopped except my Killer Bee. The 800g and smaller group is still eating though.

I will try again in 10 days and hopefully this time he'll eat again
I'd wait even longer. If he's been fasting that long, I would try every 2 weeks minimum.
