So basically to get a yellow Anaconda I have to find a breeder in my state? I could also buy from a USARK member since like April this year and he could ship it to me right? And thats the same for Retics/Burmese?

Burms and yellow anacondas can only be shipped in-state, their ban on interstate shipping predates USFWS's recent shenanigans.

Retics can be shipped interstate by people who were USARK members as of last April.

Yellow anaconda shipping restrictions predate this year's exemption. USARK membership applies to the green anacondas, not the yellows.

It is still crucially important to become a member of USARK if you are not already. They are our only hope of rolling back these laws, and preventing new ones from coming into place.
