How soon after feeding do u put ur Males with ur Females for breeding

This will be my first breeding season so I need an answer on this one from the experienced breeders out there.

I have about 15 snakes old enough to breed now but how long after you feed them do you put them together. If you put them together before you feed, after you take him out I hear he won't eat because he has only 1 thing on his mind so I guess you need to feed him before so he has some built up energy/reserves to get him through for a while. So is there a certain amount of days after eating you put them together?

I generally wait two days after feedings before pairing animals up.

Check the weather for low pressure fronts moving across your area first as sometimes I will pair them up and delay the feeding till afterwards once they are separated again.

I typically pair Monday-Friday, remove males Friday night and feed them Saturday. That gives them the weekend off to get a little R&R.

    Ok, Thanks everyone.

I put My Bumblebee male with a Big Pastel girl and my Pinstripe Male het Pied with my Pastel het Pied on Sunday afternoon. When I got home from work this morning about 5 am I checked on them and it looks like the Bumblebee & Pastel were Locked up. It was hard to tell if the other 2 were locked also because of how they were positioned in the tub. Ill keep checking on them.

We have a low pressure front moving through here now with rain yesterday and today so maybe we got something going on here.
