    help

My honey bee BP is 2 1/2 weeks out of egg. Had 1st shed last Wednesday and 1st meal last Thursday. He is refusing 2nd meal. Tried on Sunday and today. Should start stressing or give him a couple days?

Give him a few days. I have a few babies that didn't start eating until 4-5 weeks out of the egg. Once they do eat don't offer again for at least five days.

Give it some time. Keep an eye on the weight.
A little pastel girl I decided too keep didnt eat for the first 6 or 8 weeks. I thought she was going to die then she took a small hopper mouse and hasnt looked backed.

The first shed was only a week ago and he already had a meal, the refusal is due to the fact that you have offered too soon and too often after that first meal.

    Only offer once a week.

Thank you. He's the first hatchling I have had. My other 2 came from petco.
