A better pic of the rescued boa!

This is the boa that was hiding out in some lady's apartment. I finally got a halfway decent picture of the fella, and he is indeed a fella because I checked. I'm not too sure what a boa is supposed to look like body wise, but he looks pretty healthy to me for being out wandering around for who knows how long. As far as a morph is there anything special there? I've also decided to name him Gomez, since I'm assuming nobody wants him. The only response to the fliers I put out were that they were torn down by some guy that ran away when I saw him do it.

    Good job Duck!

He looks like a common BCI Columbian.

Boas should be leaner and more muscular than BPs. Rather than round shaped, they should have that lateral side compression look like a loaf of bread.

    Yours does look healthy.

    Enjoy!

The one thing I found that you can count on about Balls is that they are consistent about their inconsistentcy.

He looks like a nice common BCI. Congrats, it sounds like you have a new boa.

    Nice boa.

Keep it lean and remember to feed on the "conservative" side of things.

A large percentage of boa constrictors in captivity are overfed.

Don't be in a rush for quick growth.

The largest boas are the oldest boas in nature!
