Kids these days

So last night was fun me and the Mrs were awoken by 3 Jefferson County sherriff dept officers last night at 4:00 AM. We go outside and an officer starts explaining whats going on and then he shines his mag light on the back of my car and I see this :shock:





Turns out one other person on our street got a window busted out 3 more cars in a subdivision across the street from us got it. I was sweeping up glass in front of our house today and one of the guys who got hit from the other subdivision was riding his motorcycle down the street looking to see if anybody else had got hit.

He stopped and we talked he said besides the 3 cars in his subdivision and the 2 in mine (including mine) a couple more on the street that seperates our subdivisions got it too. :evil:

Just really makes me cranky Oh well I guess it's Karma kicking me in the fanny for all the dumb stuff I did when I was a teenager.

what ever happened to just a few eggs or toilette paper??? i hope you have insurance. sad thing is it happens almost nightly in our apartments, but they take car stereos in the act of breaking the windows.

I can remember back just a few years to high school...we had our fun with toilet paper pranks but never did any permanent damage...thats just messed up.

As part of my high schools homecoming shinanigans, the week leading up to the homecoming game was juniors vs. seniors, toilet papering each others houses. Everyone who went to the school lived in one of two otherwise enclosed communities, so it was a blast with everyone out toiletpapering houses. The police actually used to patrol to try and stop it, but parents complained because no one was hurting anything and their kids were getting vandalism charges, so the police stopped. I would want to go back to high school if it wasn't for the actual school part.

Well we are finding out bits and pieces of information. It looks like they nailed some mailboxes in a new subdivision thats just up the road as well. Which if they get caught (which they probably won't) is a felony Federal offense if I'm not mistaken.

MacWin.......I know how you feel. Several years ago I had my windows shot out of my car. They did it with a sling shot and ball-bearrings. The bad thing is, the Police knew who did it but never arrested or prosecuted them. The only good thing about it is, is that they knew that I knew who did it and I never saw them near my property again....Good thing it was just my work car or I may have had to go mid evil on them. lol

Ding dong ditch my kids explained to me is knocking on someones door, or ringing the bell, and running off. I know I use to do this but not by that name. But we allways added a little spice to it. Fill a paper bag with dog doo and light it on fire and watch from across the street while they stomp it out.....
