Its a little hard to see. Could you get a pic that's a little better focus. I imagine you're talking about the couple black marks, correct?

Hard to see them well... There's three possibilities I can think of: 1) They're markings and nothing to worry about 2) They are something stuck to her 3) They are a minor infection.
First, try wiping them off with a wet paper towel. If they come off, there's your answer lol. If not, look VERY closely: Are they at all raised/is there any sort of boundary between the dark spots and the rest of the scale? (Think the sort of boundary you'd see around a mostly healed scar on your own body). If there is, it's probably a minor infection, and can probably be treated just by swabbing the area with betadine daily until they're gone. If there's no boundary they're probably just markings.
A better pic would help us tell you for sure though.

No Problem, getting good pics on a still snake can sometimes be difficult too. DVirginiana had a pretty thorough what to do list.
