    Exclamation First Clutch Help!

Hey guys, I'm on day 51 of my first clutch and I'm stressing out about them constantly!I have them incubating at 89.5* with 99% humidity. It was a small clutch of 4 eggs and they were very ugly from the start. All of them candled well with healthy veins and on day 10 one egg just completely deflated while the others stayed nice and plump. That egg stayed the same until about day 40 when it started to mold, I have very little hope for this egg but it still candles with veins so time will only tell. The remaining three stayed very nice and plump for the entire incubation period, they started to dimple around day 40 which I know is normal, but my main question is that the egg shell is still very hard and doesn't seem to be softening up much, this has me worrying that the shell is too hard for the hatchlings to break themselves. Do you guys think cutting them would be necessary for this instance? I have read hundreds of threads but haven't found one addressing this problem, I'm just so worried that they won't be able to pip themselves and drown in the egg.

Also, the past three days we have had a terrible heat wave (100*) and maintaining temps in the reptile room has been hard. The eggs have gone up to 94* twice and I tried to get them back down to a healthy temp as gradually as possible but do you guys think these temps will cause any problems??

This is my first time using this forum and I'm going to try to post a picture of what they look like today:

No it doesn't smell at all.. which is weird. But I don't really think anything could be alive in there.. I'm mostly worried about the other three, being that the egg shell seems very hard compared to others I have seen at this stage

Do not cut yet it is too early. Cut on day 60, a very small v shape notch made with small scissors. I would not remove the bad egg at this point unless it breaks free of the others.

    Clutch Update :

    Sorry for the late update,

I cut the eggs in the evening on day 53,

The moldy one had nothing in it which was expected,

The egg on the far right was a boob egg and I hoped it had enough room to grow, unfortunately it had completely caved in on the bottom, when I cut that egg there was a completely formed hatchling unfortunately dead, pattern and all, looked to be around 10 grams, it was completely dry on the inside of the egg and the yolk was hardened. I can post pictures of that snake if you guys are curious.

Now the good part! The left egg and middle egg had two healthy looking hatchings in it! They both pipped the next morning and were out of their eggs in 24 hours.

I also miraculously hit the odds and got the BEL I was hoping for! The other one is a pretty little butter as well, I am very happy with the odds but mostly happy they're both healthy! (pairing was Butter x Black pastel Butter)

Since then, they have both shed and they ate their first meals yesterday !

Thanks to everyone who offered their advice!
